2020 Program Summary


AID Atlanta provides comprehensive support services to remove barriers to medical care, with the primary goal of improved quality of life and decreased new HIV infections. Clients are supported and encouraged to adhere to medical care and comply with medication regimens by addressing issues that distract from health and wellness. Services include, but are not limited to Medical Case Management, Medication Assistance, Housing Services, Behavioral Health, Self-Management, and a range of educational programs to increase client knowledge and life skills.  AID Atlanta staff work with individuals to understand key priorities and link them to programs and services based on their individualized needs.


AID Atlanta offers a range of services to clients depending on individual needs. The following documents are required to qualify and become eligible for most services, however the enrollment process will begin while working to acquire all of the documents required to meet eligibility requirements. No more than 15 days from time of enrollment are allowed for all required documents to be submitted for eligibility, and staff will work diligently to assist with obtaining them:

  • Proof of HIV status 
  • Live in our 20 county EMA (Eligible Metropolitan Area) 
  • Have a gross annual income less than 300% of the federal poverty level.
