In partnership with AID Atlanta, AHF’s Healthy Housing Foundation has opened its first property in the Atlanta Area. HHF has refurbished a former Extended Stay Hotel (160 units) and converted it into efficiency-style living units to provide much more affordable housing for our community.
The property is located at Midtown Village 140 Pine Street, Atlanta, Georgia 30309. The property offers access to affordable housing for anyone in the community regardless of their HIV status. AID Atlanta will have access to 92 units available for individuals living with HIV.
All referrals for these units must come through AID Atlanta’s Member Services Department. Once the referral is completed and the required documentation has been uploaded, a member of the Member Services Department will contact you.
Rental Fees (include utilities, not phone or cable):
-$800/month
-$500 move-in security deposit.
-12-month leases
-There is NO application fee
Requirements for Midtown Village:
-Current verifiable income. Last 6 weeks of earning statements or current year benefit letter (SSI, etc.).
-Current government issued picture ID
-Consent to a background check.
Required Documentation for AID Atlanta:
-Proof of HIV status
-Current proof of Georgia residency
The AID Atlanta Healthy Housing Portal provides secure online access to upload your required information whenever you need to.

How to Upload Photos and Documents to the Secure Document Portal:
- Files must be less than 10 MB or smaller.
- Do not include any special characters in the file name.
- Do not upload a password-protected file – it cannot be opened.
You may use your computer or your phone to securely send us attachments such as photos (JPG, PNG) and documents (PDF).
• For a photo ID, we need only an image of its front.
• For paystubs, we need 30 days of full paystubs that are legible and clear.
Using your Computer:
• Copy or move the files you wish to upload to your Desktop or a folder that you can find easily.
• Select the file and upload it to the portal.
Your case manager will follow up with you once your documents have been received. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
After the form submission, you will receive a confirmation email. Remember to check your spam/junk folder.
