AID Atlanta's Health Services Clinic is located at our main office location at 1605 Peachtree Street in Atlanta. We specialize in providing comprehensive primary medical care services to patients with HIV. We have highly trained medical staff who have been working in the field of HIV/AIDS for many years and are very competent to provide our patients with the highest quality in HIV medical care.
AID Atlanta's medical care services are provided in collaboration with Morehouse Medical Associates Inc. Our clinic also assists patients in securing medications at low or no cost, depending on the individual's income and medical eligibility for medication assistance programs.
In order to become a patient in our clinic, an individual must be deemed eligible for services. All patients are seen on an appointment only basis. To make an appointment or to learn more about our clinic services, please call 404-870-7754. At the time of initial appointment with all patients the following documents are required to qualify for services:
- Proof of HIV status
- Proof of income
- Proof of residency
- Photo identification
If you have current medications that you are taking, please bring those medication bottles with you as well. It is also helpful to bring any medical records you may have to better help the medical team determine your health history and current status. If you do not have these items, we'll assist you in trying to obtain them directly from your former medical provider if possible.
AID Atlanta's clinic utilizes a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care. Several medical and supportive staff members work together as a team on the patient's behalf to ensure the most comprehensive care is provided. An individualized treatment plan is developed between the patient, the medical provider and the other supporting members of the team to ensure that the patient's medical and social needs are addressed in a patient centered manner.
